This map shows the public part: structure, population, and savings rate against the whole program. What it can't show is what's actually recoverable and how to get it, the gap between a missed settlement and the documentation or utilization driving it. That is a contract-accurate read of an ACO's own numbers. The first one is free.
Each bubble is one ACO. Horizontal position is care structure, the specialist share of an ACO's providers (specialists divided by specialists plus primary-care providers), so physician-heavy ACOs fall left and specialist-heavy ACOs fall right. Vertical position is community-health density, reported FQHC and RHC visits per 1,000 members. Color is the savings rate, red weaker through green stronger. Bubble size is attributed lives. Both axes are shown as percentile rank across all ACOs, so a bubble's place reflects where it stands relative to the field rather than its raw value. The dashed lines mark the program median on each axis.
